I am throughly impressed with the support services our office receives from ITWorkx2. Robert brings a level of expertise I haven't seen at any other IT Services company. His follow-up is thorough and timely and he responds quickly to issues and problems that arise. His recommendations consider the big picture and our growth along with our current status and any exisiting limitations there might be. He is always respectful, clearly seeking the best solution for office not a one-size fits all approach. Problems that arise he sees as challenges to resolve. The knowledge that when Robert tells me something I know I can rely on it is invaluable. Bottomline, Robert is an all round pleasure to work with.

I wanted to take a minute to express my gratitude for ITWorkx2 setting me up with the best IT environment. Everything is networked perfectly and the backup runs nightly. Now that ITWorkx2 has set up my environment properly, I know that no matter what happens my data is backed up and everything can be back up and running quickly. Backing up regularly alone has saved me on a few critical occasions already and I appreciate the professionalism, ethics, and expertise that is consistently delivered. I highly recommend Robert Kohl and ITWorkx2 to anyone looking for IT services.

In today's market it is hard to find a company that offers a level of service, expertise and professionalism that truly exceeds expectations - trueITpros is such a company. We were experiencing a wide array of issues that were not only handled but handled completely, efficiently, and with a high level of customer service (mostly hand holding for me as I was very concerned about my data!). All of the issue were resolved and a plan was implemented to ensure that many of these types of situations would not be reocurring - I really couldn't have asked for anything more. ITWork2 is awesome; Robert can fix and set up anything and is always willing to accommodate my hectic schedule. I have five computers and several different types of printers and Robert has kept them all working and networking seamlessly for me for several years now. The customer service at trueITpros is the best I've seen from an IT company. I have dealt with several IT firms in the past and there is no comparison. I TRULY recommend this company for both personal and business use. They always put they're customers first and I have never waited too long for a response on a call.
