Not Recommended, I am a former employee of Redrock Digimark and Redrock Digimark use to stop monthly Payments of their employees . They Gave me cheque on 12/12/16 which has been dishonoured on 20/12/16. What worse could have been happened for the employee. I wish If someone told me this earlier I would never join and waste my energy and timing . Edited on 26/12/16: Well , Dear Employer, Thanks for your concerns for my well being. That could have been good if you din’t stop the wages. Anyways, I must say that the way you replied on the review by mocking me like abducted by alien and kidnapped by competitors . I clearly got the idea ,I should haven’t written the review. But again, Thank God I am not that harmed till now, and din’t come under the radar of UFOs & your competitors till now. Who knows what are you capable of( and those possibilities)! Yes I din’t come and Informed TL , When he asked me for the work which he told me to do . I told him, exactly where I had saved those files after completing them over call. And I Informed him while saying, Unfortunately, I am unable to come.

Dear Manish, I`m so relieved to see your post and find you alive and well. After all, we were worried about your whereabouts - since you left our office on the evening of 12th (with the cheque), and we never heard a single sentence after that despite the many phone calls over the next many days we did on your number which were never picked up, nor we received any email or intimation from you that you were not interested in continuing work from us from that moment on. We were genuinely afraid that you’ve fallen to some mishap, or have been kidnapped by a competitor - so we changed the passwords you had access to. Perhaps you were kidnapped by an alien, and are now back. Um, so why did you not come to me face to face and ask for your cheque? For your information, cheques of nobody else in the company bounced, AND somebody received an incentive more than thrice of your salary (and that cheque also did not bounce!). Also, why was it that the HR department declared you “absconding”? Perhaps it was because you did not want to serve the notice period of 15 days (they’ve still not passed yet, as of me writing this comment). But I`m sure that a responsible employee like you who was working with us for 3-4 months now, would consider us worthy enough to atleast inform us that you wanted to leave us without a notice period. Would I not have allowed you to do so? Would I have not given you your dues? Anyways, since it is only your cheque that bounced, and it is only you that were declared an “absconder”, there might be a correlation between the two.
