I was worked with Nispaara for more than 2 years b/w 2008 to 2011. They provided good infrastructure at that time as a small company. And there is no boundaries (Nispaara) to explore new things in this company as a fresher. I learned few things like how to talk/behave with our customers. I learned PHP full stack in this company, it helped me in my career in different company's to complete my job.

Copy and Paste work as in wordpress. Monday to Saturday is working days. There is no management and husband and wife running. 5k salary and there is no basic facilities in that company, No PF etc.. Don't spoil your life because you can't learn anything. No respect for employees and treat like there slaves.

A competent digital & technology company Pros: Sheer strength and technology capabilities of its founder Sanjay Shankar. It is a pleasure to watch him at client meetings - demonstrating his understanding and prowess in digital/ technology space. A great learning opportunity for industry seniors like me, as well as rookies. Cons: Young & inexperienced team does not seem to value the experience & digital capabilities of the firm. Too bad for them Advice to Management: Build Brand Nispaara to attract the right talent with right attitude to share your culture of accountability and business ethics with the young/ inexperienced team. Take a strong stance against unprofessional behaviour - especially in cases of bad apple.
