Kudos to Miles Technologies for being a top notch company to work with. I have been a loyal customer for years. The ENTIRE staff is super friendly and really know what they are doing, even if I don't lol. They offer a help icon on my desktop which I use non-stop for any issues that may pop up for my company. Miles is in constant contact via email, phone or in person. Everything is explained in detail, pricing is gone over BEFORE any work is done. They have replaced PC's, server, added networking cables, Wifi, etc. Miles has a customer for life. Thank you

Our company recently implemented a new ERP system and CRM (Salesforce). We knew that we wanted to link both systems together to share information between both pieces of software, but had no idea how to make it happen. I am super happy with my decision to move to Miles Technologies as my IT Managers /Solution Providers/ Fix it Folks/ Short Term and Long Term IT Consultants/ etc etc. They get the job done quickly and efficiently - I like that there is a 'team' dedicated to my company so I am dealing with the same group of people day in and day out, and so they know our account and our issues. They are readily available and always pleasant to work with. If they need to bring our software providers in to solve an issue, I do not have to be a go between - they deal direct and handle it all. Very pleased and highly recommend.

Our company has contracted Miles since their inception. As office manager I have worked with them for 5 years. They are superb. All their reps are technically talented, their response to emergencies is excellent and their ability to communicate in a non technical manner to resolve technical issues is outstanding. Their fees are more than fair. You certainly get value for your money. Much more effective than any on site group I've worked with in the past.
