The service that I have received and the price charged do not match. In 8 month with Mediaorb, I received 1 SEO report and the person responsible did not have the time to take me through it. In terms of the website - promised a Rolls Royce and what I got was a Corsa. Everything was done through support tickets and very little verbal communication. I was hoping that they would assist me through the process, but very little input came back. This is the reason that I am leaving Mediaorb - and that process is proving to be very painful as well. Generally not a great experience.

We've been with Media Orb for over 7 years now, and have always experienced a high level of service with a personal touch. From our 1st website build to more recently using their SEO and cpc management services we have seen year on year growth from our ecommerce website. Looking forward we will definitely use media orb for further development work, highly recommended.

Credit where credit is due, Media Orb have looked after my website and online presence since the beginning. When changes are needed or updates to our business etc Media Orb have readily applied all changes, i cannot fault there ethics, and when i update the website again shortly i look forward to a no pressure meeting to see how we can change things. absolutely fantastic company to deal with.

Conscientious and Approachable Team. Danny and the team have hosted our website for over 6 years and we are very happy to continue. Nothing is too much trouble and queries are handled quickly. Any small amendments are easily updated. Nice to know they are easily contacted, being a local firm.

Danny and the team at Media Orb are fantastic , could not ask for a better service. We receive regular updates on how are Website is performing, inform us of any changes that they think would work better, ask us for our input and much more. If we do require any help or advice they are only to pleased to help either over the phone, email or meeting up with us. When ever a new member of the team starts work for Media Orb, they introduce themselves by email and then a follow-up phone call. Cannot thank them enough for all their hard work. Would highly recommended them.
