Where would you get exposure to marketing concepts along with a job? Where would you get or in which company would you get the insights related to "Management by world historians" in your 9 hours of work? Where would you get to use these learnings in your day-to-day work? For me, its only at Marvist, because I'm the receiver of it. I would definitely not make myself to lose these learnings from Marvist.

Heard marvist is very rigid on performance. One of my friends worked there but had to quit due to some politics done by mid level employees & team leaders. Otherwise company & management is good, salaries & incentives on time.

Marvist located at secunderabad and the company stuff will not give respect to the interview candidates. even the security person orders the visitors rudely and the main thing is the interview process is too long its not a aptitude or subject . its all about the family backround and the ceo insults the interview candidates unnecessarily and bargains for the ctc and talks all unwanted matters and waste your time i request not to apply any job in this company its a worst experience.

The company CEO talks very badly about the women. Recently he said to us: "Some of the women coming to attend the interview in Marvist, they will try to show their b***s to us to get the job. Don't fall for it, you will not get anything from it. If you want enjoyment go to the pros****tes, enjoy with them and pay to them, there you can expect some enjoyment". This is what exactly the company CEO told to us about the women who is coming to attend the interviews in Marvist. In the another meeting he talks very badly about the women from Muslim religion. He used abusive words against them, he commented very negatively on the women specifically who wears burka. He will also raise caste issues between the employees.

My close friend has joined Marvist last month and he keeps telling that environment and work culture is very positive and healthy. Senior management is totally supportive and helps in all aspects to build career in a very fruitful manner. They always motivate new talent and gives opportunity to learn and enhance skills. Lot of scope of learning and growing. Have talented and supportive colleagues. Nearly 30% of staff has EAMCET Rank below 2000 and ICET Rank below 100. He is not a fresher, had worked in a manufacturing industry for several years before doing MBA. Marvist is a small firm that hires strong candidates by thorough screening. Even candidates who are recommended go through the same process. Expect you to learn and contribute while working there. Marvist not only focus on technical skills but also on morals and values. You need to have market friendly outlook and willing to make clients and B2B successful with service. Wishing my friend all the best in his new company.

My expectations at joining in d company were not right. Marvist serves US & British clients whose way of thinking is not like local. Company & CEO - Very knowledge in Digital Marketing. Work to win is told, only working sincerely is not helpful in making campaign success. Need to be able to get win for client, then good incentives + respect. Only doing 8 hour work no win for customer, no increment also. Digital marketing is dynamic keeps changing - next year work different. Marvist gave chance, me not able to change. Me not private employee mentality. Trying now for Groups. Government sector increment every year even with no result. Wish me all best for Groups.

Dealing with Marvist has been a professional experience. The project had been handled in a systematic way and deliverables were measurable. The best part was that they gave me a no-nonsense proposal, which was a clear contrast from other vendors who proposed activities which I don't need or which will not have any positive impact on my web marketing success. Interview process is too bad. Didn't ask any related for job. Company location and environment is not proper. There are no man power in the office. Don't go for apply job in this company. It's all time waste.... i give 0 rating...

Got an opportunity to work at Marvist. Had good experience working here and a very good place to start career in digital marketing. Got good exposure and experience in dealing with international clients. 'Marvist' a professional company that takes care of its employees and it's customers. Organization has a practical outlook on the present market and does value addition to its clients by ethical practices with discipline. Senior management at Marvist are very professional, have top notch experience in the field and know how to deliver results in competitive environment. Work culture at marvist encourages it's employees to continuously preform and makes it's client happy. Very professional company that never had any issues with payments and incentives to its employees.

Over the years have taken advise of Marvist regarding marketing for my business. Whether it is for packaging color scheme, website marketing or website design. Even for content. They are just too good compared to any other Hyderabad company in Digital Marketing. Maybe because they serve mostly US and UK clients that is very competitive. Marvist gives too much importance to technical skill, many of the staff had other flaws. Under false belief they can change nature of anyone with good training. They should hire employees from good family backgrounds. I would not hire many of their staff in my business. Company needs good managers, they have always lacked good people in management. Many seniors did not deserve to be in the company. They were more focused on preventing a good person from joining rather than developing themselves or doing their work well. I always kept dealing directly with the CEO for that reason. If you want to do highest quality digital marketing work, then join this company. They know how to get results in very competitive environments in digital marketing. There are many who know some tricks or techniques in digital marketing. But if you want someone who can integrate business strategy, marketing and digital marketing seamlessly then go to Marvist. If you are a domestic business they will not easily take Hyderabad clients. Marvist is doing Digital marketing for 11 years and E-commerce is new in Hyderabad. They don't want to train business owners they want to do digital marketing. So you have gain their respect before they will show interest in doing digital marketing for domestic businesses.

Very thankful for Marvist for my first real world experience. The work, the environment and processes are very systematic and professional. Marvist is best place for high quality digital marketing work. Character is given as much importance as technical skills in Marvist. Employees are urged to have service oriented attitude and be customer friendly. I worked in web marketing and website development. Now joined a Top 5 IT company as software developer. Will fondly remember the time spent in Marvist. I am not very interested in digital marketing, that is the only reason I did not continue. Now, it is good that they are also hiring from known circles instead of only unknown people. Atleast, known people are careful about violating integrity issues as they are afraid to get bad name in their social circle. The resumes may look little weaker but they are genuine. The office is really posh and the roof top is nice and always gets fresh breeze with the plants adding to pleasantness. It overlooks the Padmarao nagar park.

Marvist is the work environment with ethics, discipline, values and responsibilities. I have been working in this company since 6 months as Office Admin. I have got an experience of around 7 years previously but, this is the first organization in which I can directly report my work to the Manager. So there is no chance for politics in office which is the main thing I like. The office is very spacious and posh. The roof top Cafeteria is very pleasant to have lunch with plants giving you fresh air. In Marvist, people with merit list will be given preference by special way of scrutinizing. Now a day’s organizations are not even trying to hire people without reference from known people but Marvist does that. They even give chance as Intern for students who are still pursuing their final year so that they may have exposure which is a wonderful opportunity for freshers. If you are the person who wants to do time pass coming to office, chatting with everyone etc., better stay away because you can’t adjust with this work culture. I’m happy working in this esteemed organization.

You can really become master of digital marketing if you work here. Liked that both technical and detailed HR round was conducted at time of interview. Lot of importance given to ethics and good behavior. Even if someone is technically not good, if they have good ethics and decent person they will be given importance over someone who is technically better. Expect to be tested for mental maturity and ability to think scientifically in emotional situation. Very much like being part of Marvist company. Their selection process has many rounds, when you get a job the digital marketing work is also very thorough.
