I met David Waldron, Vice President at Darkstar, a few years back. We have since formed a friendship and I have come to respect their work and work ethic. In the world of web design, mobile development and online CRM systems, there are few that can execute on the level Darkstar can. I highly recommend when you are doing your research on their disciplines, you give them a call.

The work I received and was charged for from Darkstar was incomplete and dreadful. I was looking for a top notch and state of the art designer and I did not find it. Darkstar lacked the proper skill set to complete the project they were hired to do and failed to do as they simply didn't like the direct feedback which clearly pointed out they had guessed and missed on some of the major specs of the project. Darkstar failed to pay attention to details that were laid out for them and never followed up and just made some wrong assumptions. For me it was a horrible waste of time and money.

Darkstar Design has handled two website development projects for Crain Construction, Inc. They truly listen to their clients and create concepts of messaging that work. Outside of the scope of design, is their impeccable customer service. I regard this firm at the top of my list with customer satisfaction along with customer engagement. We have worked with Darkstar on several projects. We have had a great relationship with them for several years. They are always very responsive when we call. Collaboration is very important to us and Darkstar worked closely with our team every step of the way. We have done a website, mobile app and are now working on custom software for us.
