Very good compared to other channel manager companies, affordable for small hotels/vacation rentals/homestays also. Sakshi Rathi, the sr. technical support executive, is very efficient and responsive, understands our queries easily and resolves any issue quickly and efficiently. Abhijeet in sales is also very supportive and responds to queries and followups. Overall, hassle free experience.
